Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. Ensure all original tags are attached and the item is free of pet hair.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location provided in your instructions.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
