How do I determine the right size for my pet?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth and neck circumference, then comparing them to our chart. If your pet is between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products with excessive pet hair or odors may not be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our apparel is machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and the vibrancy of the prints. Please check the specific care label on each garment for best results.
